Twelve units and up

Feed a roomwithout feedingthem badly

Weddings, offices, a film crew that ordered four hundred and then ordered four hundred more, and one funeral that went surprisingly well.

Tier one

12 to 48 units

Ten percent off list. Forty-eight hours notice. Collection only, because at this size delivery costs more than the discount.

Tier two

49 to 240 units

Eighteen percent off list. Five working days. Delivery inside the city included, chilled, before 09:00.

Tier three

241 and beyond

Quoted individually, because at that point we’re rearranging the bake schedule and somebody is coming in on a Sunday.

What we’ll tell you honestly

Cookie’wiches don’t travel. If your event is more than twenty minutes from a room, order the classics and the bread and we’ll say no to the rest. We’d rather lose the line item than the reputation.

We also can’t do custom flavours under two hundred units. The minimum batch on the mixer is what it is, and half a batch of anything comes out wrong.

Questions we get every week

Yes, from ninety-six units. Single colour, one position, five working days extra. We won't print anything on the liner because it touches food.
Thirty days for registered companies after the first order clears. The first order is prepaid, and no, we don't make exceptions, including for your uncle.
One item, the flourless chocolate slab, made on a Monday before anything else touches the bench. It's genuinely good. It's also not a cookie and we won't pretend otherwise.
Bulk orders are baked separately from counter stock, so a confirmed order can't be sold out from under you. That's the entire reason we split the schedule in 2021.
