If it arrives wrong, tell us within a day and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice, no photographs required. We've never once regretted this policy.

Anything with custard in it is built when you order it, not before. A cookie’wich that’s been sitting in a case is a different, sadder product wearing the same name, and we’re not going to sell you that.
It costs us about ninety seconds per order and roughly a third of our possible throughput. Worth it, obviously, or this paragraph wouldn’t exist.
